Pen of the Pastor

Posted by: Christina Moore on Wed, Jan 1, 2014

God has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame with Him in love. He has predestined us to adoption as Sons of Jesus Christ to Himself according to the good pleasure of His will. In Him, we have redemption through his blood and forgiveness of sins according to the riches of His grace, which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence.

Having made known to us the mystery of His will according to His good pleasure, which he purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of time, He might gather together, in one, all things in Christ – both which are in heaven and which are in earth – in Him.

As I look around today, I can see the substance and reality of God’s divine Word. Truly, the just shall live by his own faith and without faith, we know it is impossible to please God. If there ever was a time for us to draw near to Him, that time is now, not as churchgoers, but as Sons of God. For He says, “If you draw nigh unto me, I will draw nigh unto you.” The time has come for us to putt off superfluity and naughtiness of spirit and serve the Lord in true holiness and sanctification.

These are the last days. There are the days that we are seeing the Anti-Christ spirit in operation before our very eyes. The Anti-Christ spirit operates in those who rebel against the Word of Jesus Christ (the Jesus of the Bible). I trust that, in turning your hearts to the Lord, you would cry out to Him; you would wrestle with Him until you are rooted, grounded, settle, and established in the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I challenge you to become “all Jesus” in this last hour. This is the only way you will survive. The Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit and Grace be with you always.
